A man's desire is not proof of his devotion. That single misread is where the confusion, the "slow fade," and the self-blame begin.

Once you understand the evolutionary wiring behind male dating behavior, you stop taking his disappearing act personally and start seeing the difference between a man who wants your attention and a man who is ready for your life.

This is such a necessary topic. I am I've been looking forward to this podcast for literally two months. I've been waiting and like I just I had to get it right. It's like this is such an important topic, and it's it's it's a tough one. There's there's some harsh truths in here, some some honest. We are gonna tell you something about guys and how men date that most men wouldn't ever tell you, and frankly, couldn't tell you because they're not even aware that this happens, they're not even aware that they're doing it, but you've seen it, you've lived it, right? You you've had this amazing connection with a guy, and you're thinking, this could be something without realizing that he's thinking to himself, well, that was fun, and then you don't hear from him. And you're like, why? What's going on? You're left confused, wondering what you did wrong. And it's it's actually not anything you did wrong. It's just it's something that men are doing that doesn't have a lot to do with you, but it's it is so darn critical to understand.

SPEAKER_01

And the challenge is it's always the charming, successful, good looking guys that do this. And we're gonna be getting into this today because I think this is a one of those moments that will happen for women when they meet that charming, successful guy, they hook up with him and then are wondering why he's pulling away? Why is he not interested in commitment? And it can really break down your self-esteem, it can break down your confidence and leave you wondering why the heck does this keep happening to me. So today we're gonna be really breaking down this is a bit of an uncomfortable reality of what's really going on here, how men think about these situations, including some kind of common mating strategy among men. And we're also gonna talk about why it is that attraction does not equal commitment. Two very, very separate things, and ultimately what this means for your dating strategy. So, Gary, why don't you talk about why it is that hookups lie?

SPEAKER_00

Why I love this I love this. I love this title. Attraction is not the same thing as commitment. We we mix these up all the time. Physical appeal might lead to some form of connection, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it's long-term commitment. And so you cannot interpret romantic interest from a man based on his sexual interest. It's a false signal, it's giving you the wrong readout, right? And so here is the brutal, honest, and it's a little, frankly, a little uncomfortable truth. It's a little tough love, but okay, the hottest guy who will sleep with you is not the same as the guy who's going to commit to you. Um that's not us, it's not us being mean. It's just there's actually science behind this, and we're gonna get into this, but it's like the hottest guy who will sleep with you, the guy who will hook up with you, that hot level guy, and as Adam said, it's it's the charming guys, it's it's the suave guys, it's the guy who looks good in a suit, it's the guy who knows how to approach, he's the guy that does all the he's amazing on first dates, he says all the right things. That that guy, that level of guy, in terms of physical attractiveness, at least, the one that will sleep with you is not the same as the guy who will commit long term, and so this I'm just gonna say it. I don't mean like this sucks. It sucks, it sucks. It sucks.

SPEAKER_01

Men suck sometimes. Let me translate this. Or how about manslate? It's better than mansplain. Oh, manslate. What do you think? Did you just make that up? I like I kind of like that up. I don't know. Well, I think we're all past mansplaining as a term, so let's go into manslate. What does this really mean from the male mind? Men are dogs, we are dogs. I hate to tell you, you know, I happened to be a guy last time I checked. Gary, I haven't checked, but I think you're a guy good and still good in that department, so good, still good in that that department. And we are thinking about sex constantly, over and over and over, everywhere we go. And men, when they're dating, I used to coach men, I used to help these guys get out there and find a long-lasting relationship. But even still working with these guys who want a long-lasting relationship, they can't help but think with their other brain, their little brain down down bottom. Very little and it's well, hey Gary, speak for yourself, but no, I'm just see, Gary, I told you uh going to this podcast, everyone. I'm like, I'm gonna try and make this a fun topic. And Gary's like, this is not a fun topic. This is very serious, serious, very important topic, Adam. Stay on track. I uh so I'll I'll land the plan on this. But men, even who want a long-lasting relationship, their initial driver is still sex. It's still sex, it's still driving forward. So, Gary, why don't you walk us through some of the research you found on this?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, we have we just have to keep this. I know it sounds obvious. We have to keep it in mind. We forget it. I people forget it when they're in the heat of dating, right? But you know, you hear us say that, oh, men are interested in sex. Of course they are. So the research on this goes back to like evolutionary psychology, specifically this idea that we men have a hard time reading women's minds, and women have a hard time reading men's minds. And so everyone just has a failure of understanding the opposite sex. And so researchers call this error management. We're just bad at understanding why the opposite sex does what they do, right? I mean, how many times on a mastermind, Adam, do you have somebody, one of our clients say, Why do guys do this? Right? It's like one of the most common questions. But then when you every time I talk to guys about dating and relationships, it's like, why does my wife do this? Why are women like this? We're all asking the same basic question, which is like, why? And so what we're trying to do is make guesses about the opposite sex behavior, but we run that through the filter of like why we do things. And so evolutionary theory would say, you know, we make the least costly mistake. And so all that really means is that the errors we make in trying to interpret the opposite sex, they're systematic. And so let me, I'm gonna give you a couple of examples of this. Women underestimate men's sexual interest, right? So women aren't scanning things like, oh, he definitely wants me, definitely wants me, definitely wants me. Because for women, they're always gonna have more potential partners than men will have, because women are the sexual gatekeepers. So it's not a problem. If they misread a guy's sexual interest, it's not that costly because there's another guy that's gonna be around that's gonna show a sexual interest. So it's not a big deal.

SPEAKER_01

And I'll manslate that once again, which is um basically women are walking around thinking that guys aren't into them when in fact, many, many men are very sexually interested in you.

SPEAKER_00

So which is why we always say always assume attraction. Always assume attraction. Always, always, always. So now, men, it's the exact opposite. They overestimate women's sexual interest because they can't make the mistake of missing an opportunity because they just don't have as many opportunities. So they are gonna overperceive sexual interest, right? So this is like the classic guy goes, you know, into a bar, female bartender gives him a drink, gives him a smile, brings him a drink, he turns to his buddy, like, yeah, she wants me. Do you see that?

SPEAKER_01

Definitely. The number of client male clients I've had who will walk into a room and just think that every woman is super into them and like looking at them, I have to be like, dude, she's not. She just happened to catch a glance with you, man. Like, sim her down, pal.

SPEAKER_00

She's being what they call friendly, friendly, yes. A smile on eye contact is normal human interaction. Don't misread it there, dude.

SPEAKER_01

Um, but but but like like you said, evolutionary psychology in many ways, evolution has put this in place so that men don't miss opportunities because we have what basically unlimited reproduction uh uh ability. So we could go around and and just kind of take our shot everywhere we go. And if if we get a few yeses, then great, we get to procreate.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And it's like, you know, I mean, the yeses for men are just less frequent and less up to him, right? It it's it's all up to women. So there's two more, two more errors. So women overestimate men's sexual interest and what that means for commitment. So essentially, women just see sexual men's sexual interest as more special than it is, they see it as more of a sign of long-term commitment than what it is. Because frankly, that's how women are thinking about it. So they're assuming men think the same thing, which is a mistake. Um, men also underestimate women's commitment signals, right? He's not good at knowing if you want long-term. He's just not good at reading that. And so, just in general, men avoid errors of missed opportunity. They're gonna overperceive opportunity. Women, they avoid errors of overperceiving interest. So women are trying not to make the mistake of thinking somebody's into them when they're not, right? Because they need to be more certain about a guy before committing. And so women are just more likely to be like, yeah, he doesn't really, I don't think he really likes me. No, no, he probably does. And without the opposite, they see interest where there's none.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And on the last point where men underestimate women's commitment signal signals. In fact, there are a lot of men on the first couple of dates who don't even think about whether or not a woman is looking for something long term. They're they're honestly not even taking it into account. There's a lot, there's a decent percentage of men. I'm not going to throw that out. That would be a very difficult statistic to find, but there's a decent percentage of guys who are just solely focused on sleeping with a woman. And that's kind of it. Not really a major concern. Like, is this woman at a stage where she really wants to get married? Does she want to have kids? Not all men, for sure, but there's there's certainly men uh who do that. It's very important for you all to be aware of that. As your big brother, watch out for you.

SPEAKER_00

Well, as you said, very important, not all men, right? But for some men, like this is just what we're describing, is very important to understand. And so these errors have implications for dating. And so it comes down to some brutal mating math for men. Essentially, guys have different levels for women they're willing to have sex with and women that they're willing to consider commitment with. And they're not the same level. And so if you think a guy is at, you know, an average level, like a seven out of 10, he's only going to commit to someone who's at his level or higher, seven or higher. But he's willing to sleep with a four, a five, a six. Like so, guys will sleep below their level. He's willing to be casual and physical when with someone he per he perceives as not at his level, right? But for long-term commitment, he is aiming higher. He is, he does have higher standards for himself. So it kind of goes back to what Adam said and manslated, I believe, um, before, which was men are dogs when it comes to men are horny, horny dogs.

SPEAKER_01

They're horny dogs. I mean, I've seen I have seen this with my very own eyes many, many times. And and ladies, let's be real, let's call real real. Think of your friends who have maybe hooked up with a guy, and you're thinking to yourself, what is going on here? How is that guy interested in this woman? In the back of our minds, we kind of all know, like, oh yeah, he's just looking to have a flang, he's not gonna call her again. Um, but I know we're gonna get to into them in a minute, but it rarely happens the other way.

SPEAKER_00

Very rarely happens, right? For so for guys, sexual chemistry is not the same as relationship potential, they don't see those the same way, they're separate things, operating on separate planes. Now, for women, the mating math is very much more straightforward. Essentially, women will commit to the level of guy to whom they will commit is the exact same level of men to whom they will consider sexual interest in. So for women, sexual chemistry and relationship potential, those are the same guy. They're not two different systems. This makes a lot more sense.

SPEAKER_01

Typically, I'll just throw it on it typically. There are rare occasions where a woman might just go out and have a thing and be like, well, this guy'll do. It's much, much more rare. Um, we happen to work with tens of thousands of women coaching them to get out there and find love. It's a very rare moment where our clients would be like, you know what, I was just happening and I decided to kind of just go slumming with Joe Schmo from Idaho down by the bar. It's it's just it's much more of a rare thing. So I think this is one of the most important insights, Gary, that we've really talked about on this podcast. Because with this knowledge, it sets us all up for weeding out the wrong types of guys and where to focus our attention. Because as Gary says, um, men will definitely, I call it asymmetry of attraction. It's not as fancy schmancy as your uh your scientific terms, error management. But there's an asymmetry here where men will very much so sleep down. And most importantly, men will keep a casual situation for a long period of time, three, maybe six months, with a woman who, again, not to be harsh with numbers, but let's say the guy is a seven and the woman is a four. Again, we can only do this with numbers because they'll take it for what it is, however we define that. He may sleep with her for three to six months. He's not going to take her out, he's not going to introduce her to friends, he's not going to be committing to her ever, and he'll know it the entire time. But once again, men can be quote unquote dogs. Because that is in some ways how evolution is designed us, as well as there's some men who are true narcissists, sociopaths, um, Machiavellian, like that there's some real challenges there that we have to just be aware of. So, yeah, absolutely.

SPEAKER_00

Um, what does this mean for dating? Him getting physical isn't a clear sign of relationship intent. We can't mix those things up. It might mean like him being interested in you physically might mean he's interested long term, but it might not. And that's really, really important. So there's a fundamental misunderstanding. The mistake that women would make is they think he's hot and he chose me, so he must think I'm special. Or if he's willing to hook up with me, it must mean that he really likes me. Or he chose me in this way, and so that means he definitely wants commitment, and that's it. That's the big error. That's the one, it doesn't mean what you think it means, right? Him sleeping with you, it's not a necessarily in and of itself, it's not a bad sign, but you just can't over-interpret it, right? It's really, really important.

SPEAKER_01

And if you find yourself constantly confused by a man's behavior in the sense of he's pursuing me, he's sleeping with me, he's even spending time with me, but it's not moving forward in a commitment, this may be where we are in kind of the like in the relationship cycle. I'm not saying you're dating out of your league, we're not saying anything like that. Perhaps the guy's not interested in a relationship as well. But at the end of the day, if you are in this type of a situation where we're with a guy and he has no intention for commitment with you, then it's going to feel incredibly confusing. And it's not okay. Like, here's the thing when I used to coach men, I was always coaching these guys to be extremely clear and upfront with a woman about their intentions. And I wouldn't coach men to get into situationships. That wasn't the goal of my coaching. My coaching was very much so focused on helping guys find their emotional equal and their equal partner. Um, but there are just some guys out there who might be at a phase in their life where they'll basically sleep with anyone. And it's very confusing to all those women. And the worst part is uh just to throw this in, Gary, I don't want to derail this, but think of it this way if there's a guy out there who's let's just call him an eight, all right? He's an attractive, smart, successful guy, and he's sleeping with five or six women at the same time, now suddenly those five or six women are all confused and starting to think to themselves, all men are the worst. Men are really like not commitment focused, when in fact, it's just this one guy who's creating this ripple effect. And then there are five or six other guys out there who are probably twiddling their thumbs and being like, What's going on? Where are the women out there? Where are all the good women? That's what the Where are all the good women? Exactly. So let's not let this experience, if we have it, derail us from being able to find the right person. Because if we are just shooting for that type of a guy, then suddenly, once again, we might be thinking to ourselves, no guys want commitment. They just want to sleep with me. That's all. Does that make sense, Gary?

SPEAKER_00

Is that absolutely? And it's it's really important. Like so much of what we try to do on this podcast is help you understand how men are thinking about this. I think as I said at the top, I don't think men frankly even realize they're thinking about things this way. But this is definitely the thought process that, you know, just the motivations that go into this and kind of what's going on. And so I want to get to the six harsh truths about this in a second, but I do want to bring up two caveats that I think is important that we haven't mentioned that I just want to make sure we get out there. When we keep talking about numbers, like we're saying like somebody's an eight or someone's a seven, it's really important to realize that those numbers, it's not just physical attractiveness. This is just like kind of like an overall, you know, so evolutionary psychologists consider this a quote unquote mate value. It's really all everything about you that goes into like how good of a relationship partner you are. So it's personality, it's your character, it's your value, it's it's all of that stuff. So sometimes people always think, oh, we're only talking about like physical character. It's not just physical, okay? It's kind of everything all at once. The other thing is we keep talking about women making this mistake. I just want to be very, very clear. Most people have made mistakes in dating. If you've made this mistake, you are not alone. Right. The key is why we bring this up is not to kind of pile on and make you feel bad about making mistakes. It's like, no, no, Adam's made mistakes in dating. I've made mistakes in dating. We all make mistakes. The key is recognizing them, acknowledging them, because then once we do that, we learn to not make them again. And that's what this is really all about.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, 100%. I mean, on mate value alone, when I would coach a guy, he might physically be a four or a five. Like just if a hundred people rated him, they'd say he's a four or five. But if he learned how to be charismatic, charming, uh high status when he's around women, um, be able to have the right type of body language, the right type of masculinity, suddenly that guy can be an eight or a nine. So it's like it's it's so important to understand that. And the same applies for women as well. Um so I think that that's very worth mentioning. Thanks, Gary.

SPEAKER_00

It's it's everything, it's everything all at once, right? And so this this whole thing.

SPEAKER_01

So let's get into tough love. The six harsh truths, Gary. Are you ready? Gary and I like I just want to like tell you all like Gary and I have some of these moments where we're like, we're gonna be super tough love. Like we amp ourselves up, we're like, we're gonna be tough. But I still feel like if we're on the rating scale, Gary, we're like threes at being tough love.

SPEAKER_00

It's a it's a totally fake tough, but it's these are harsh truths, and it's like no one likes to be the bearer of bad news, and so don't shoot the messenger, right? So yeah, the hard number one, so we have six of these, these are all super important, right? Number one, he may be willing to hook up with you, even hook up with you a lot in the short term while simultaneously actually having absolutely zero interest in committing long term.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_00

Just because you hook up with him once and you think, oh, well, you know, hook up with him again. And we've been doing this for two months. If I keep going, that's gonna make him more likely. Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. Just not gonna not gonna do it.

SPEAKER_01

Definitely harsh truth number two A guy sleeping with you may not mean what it is that you think. You think sex follows emotional attraction. He thinks sex and emotion are separate. Very, very important. These are two separate things. Men can sleep with a woman. This is this is crazy town, I know, for all of you listening, but a man. Can sleep with a woman consistently with having zero emotional feelings towards that woman? Like zero. Like it's pure. Why is it that men, and again, we're not speaking about ourselves in any way, shape, or form. We're just being true tough love. Why is it that men sleep with some a certain percentage of men sleep with prostitutes? Women don't sleep with prostitutes, right? Like a very, very small percent. Men, there's if you break up the genders, men do. It's because men can not saying men do, not saying that we do, certainly not, but some men do sleep with prostitutes and they have zero emotional connection. Very, very important.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. And researchers call this sociosexuality, right? And so men are higher in sociosexuality, which just means that they separate sex and love. They're very differentiated. One of the one of the items that's on this scale are related to this idea is like there's an item that says, I can enjoy having sex with someone I hate. Men are willing to, men are much more likely to be like, yeah, that's that's true. Women, it's just it's very rare. When you see sex and love as combined, you can't have physical connection with someone you hate. Like that's that's really, really hard. Okay, so off of the research, back on to harsh, harsh truth number three. You cannot earn commitment through sex. If he's not committed, the answer is not more sex. That's not how it works. That's not, it's actually to get you less of what you think. Because as my mom always used to say, and I don't know if this is a Pennsylvania saying not. So I don't know if this is an old-timey Pennsylvania saying putting your mom into this harsh truth. That's interesting. Why buy the cow if you can get the milk for free? Right. So I don't know who's the cow in this and and all that, but it's like it's like one of those things. This is essentially you can earn commitment through SAS.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I love it. Uh thank you, Mama Louandowski. All right. Harsh truth number four. The hotter the guy, the higher he is in mate value, the more likely he's operating with lowered casual standards. This guy will take advantage of more opportunities for casual connection. I have a few friends. I have one friend of mine, he's the CEO of a major, major company. Um, and I'm not gonna certainly say who he is. What's it rhyme with? What's it rhyme with? Wouldn't you like to know? But I'll tell you, I used to go with this guy, and this guy's a stud, man. Stud. Like six-three hands of like all everything, and just did you hook up with him? I you know, I wish, Gary.

SPEAKER_00

I wished.

SPEAKER_01

True stud, man. He was it. I'll show you a picture afterwards. Okay, but let me tell you, man, he'd go out on a given night. Back when I was single, he'd go on a given night and hook up with women that I'm telling you, he just he had an opportunity and he went for it. And I'm sure in the back of his mind, uh, some of those women's minds like, oh my god, this is my chance. You only get one shot. Do not miss a chance to blow. You know, bring a little MM and like you can. She probably so excited this is an opportunity when in fact, zero chance, zero chance who's marrying her, you know. So are we like hitting this point home hard enough?

SPEAKER_00

I uh I hope so. I hope it's such an important thing. Like, I know, like I even told you beforehand, like this might be a little overkill, but it's there's more harsh truths. Harsh truth number five. The hottest guy who wants to be with you sexually rarely commits. And so it's not personal, it's strategic. And again, it's an evolutionary thing, but there's there's a compounding error in this that can mess you up dating long term. Here's the thing if you hook up with a 10 out of 10 guy, like a mate, Adam's CEO friend, right? You change your dating expectations going forward so that now you're like, if I was able to land one 10 out of 10 guy, that's the only guy I'm going to be willing to consider to date going forward. And that's a mistake. Because just because a 10 out of 10 guy will sleep with you, it doesn't mean that there's long-term commitment potential. Because again, there's different buckets, there's different systems. Like he's just operating on a different set of rules, so to speak, than you are. And so we just want to make sure that we're not compounding this error over time where it's like, well, I did hook up with this amazing guy once. So that is who was my long-term partner. It's like, it's probably not going to work that way.

SPEAKER_01

For sure. And harsh truth number six, and this is probably the most important one that is directly within all of your control. If you lead with sexuality and the physical, you're going to get caught by all of this a lot more. You're going to attract a lot of these men who see you as a potential opportunity for sex. Not surprising. Now, I do want to say this is very important. Here at Love Strategies, we don't judge one night stands, we don't judge our clients. We acknowledge that that may happen from time to time, so long as we know what we're getting into. Because the reality is, and this is based on my experience of having coached both men and women for a very, very long time. Men are very good at casual sex. Women tend to be very bad at casual sex. That might get me in trouble. So be it. It's the truth. In what way are they bad though? I want to help you here so you don't get in trouble. What way are they bad? They are bad, not bad in the bedroom. I'm sure they're fantastic in the bedroom. They're bad at casual sex because they're bad at keeping it casual. Sex for women typically equates to emotional connection. Like we said much earlier in this podcast. Women are biologically or evolutionarily, or whatever you believe, they are created this way, where sex equals emotional connection. It's for good reason because typically, if you you have very limited reproductive uh ability, right? If you have sex with a man, that is you're playing high-stakes poker there. You know, especially if you're in your you know child uh-bearing years, you're you're before birth control and condoms and all that stuff, evolutionarily, you're playing just like you know, Russian roulette if you're gonna get pregnant with this man. So there is a deep emotional connection that gets created. And I've seen it from time to time. So many women who will say, you know what, I do want to just keep a casual with this guy, but I also want to find my real guy out there. They'll try to make it happen, but it doesn't work that way because they catch feelings. It just they it gets it just gets caught. Whereas men, on the other hand, are good at this thing, and I'm not saying it's a good thing to be good at, but they are good at it, which is being able to sleep with a woman over here while simultaneously looking for the love of their life over here. Men can compartmentalize that, and it's so, so important. Gary, am I gonna get like canceled? Am I in trouble?

SPEAKER_00

Did I explain that? No, no, that was a good explanation because I think I think you're 100% right. I got another hot take. This is probably a whole podcast in and of itself, but I'm just gonna throw this hot take out, which is I don't believe anybody actually authentically wants casual connection. I think we'll tolerate it, I think we'll put up with it, I think we'll dabble in it, I think we'll distract ourselves with it. But I don't think men or women actually truly want casual connection. So that's just that's a whole other thing. Like I said, I I could talk about that for like a whole hour. But here's here's the let's land this plane on this thing about how men are operating and women are operating in dating. Here's something very, very important. What he thinks about you in terms of mate value and numbers and like commitment, casual, all that stuff, it's not necessarily accurate. In fact, I would even go so far as to say it's always inaccurate. So, what that means, do not internalize men's opinions about you related to this. Has nothing to do with you. It's had it's all in his mind. And here's the thing about men they are perpetually overconfident. There are guys walking around who are a solid three, three and a half out of ten who act like nines, act like nines, and treat you like they think they're a nine. And you're looking at this balding overweight guy, and you're like, what the hell is what is going on? And so where he thinks you rank, completely wrong. Completely wrong. It's his perception. Here's the thing that really matters your perception of yourself. This is why in our little love steps in our program, we put so much emphasis on you building your own feminine confidence because that is the foundation that keeps all of this out, keeps all of men's weird opinions of you out, and that allows you to not internalize them.

100%. And for those who are listening who are like, wow, this is a lot. This is a hot take. This isn't something I've heard before. Well, sorry to break it to you. That's what we do around here at Love Strategies. Our goal with this entire mission is empowering humanity to thrive in healthy, loving relationships. And Gary and I are 100% focused on your long-term success in relationships, even if in the short term it stings a little bit. Because that's what we do as coaches. We're here to really ensure that you get the truth that you can go out there in a way that sets you up to confidently attract the right person. And if you enjoyed this type of content, you enjoyed this kind of hot take, then I really would suggest that you speak with someone on my team and see whether or not our coaching is right for you. Because this is how our coaches are trained around here. This is how we do things here at Love Strategies, is we want you to have the right type of information, not the information that makes you feel good. We don't want you saying affirmations in the mirror, like I'm so beautiful, I'm so great. And that's no, that stuff doesn't do anything for you. Information like this, this is what will change the game for you. And imagine if you had a step-by-step strategy to get out there and avoid all of this nonsense and be able to track the right man for you. If that's something that you want, then what I recommend you do is head on over to loveapply.com. It takes you straight to an application where you can book what we call a love strategy session. You're gonna jump on with someone on my team who will very compassionately understand your situation, why it is that we may have fallen into this trap over and over and over again. Then most importantly, we're gonna understand where it is that you want to go? What is your vision for your relationship? And we're gonna map out for you to the best of our ability how it is that we can make that happen. If we think it's a fit and we can guide you every single step of the way to finding that person, we'll welcome you into our programs. It's called Love Accelerator, be able to really guide you every single step of the way to build that confidence, courage, and connection every single step of the way. If not, you're at least gonna walk away from the session, once again, feeling more confident than ever. So again, head on over to loveapply.com. We would love to guide you every single step of the way. Gary, this was a good one. I don't think we got ourselves in too much hot waters, did we? I love it. I love I love having these conversations about smart topics that are really gonna be helpful. Absolutely. Well, thank you all so much for listening, and we'll speak to you all next week.
